Cautions common to all products

Although the data is created on a PC, the colors may be slightly darker or lighter than those on the screen when actually burned on the plate. Therefore, the colors may differ from the image sent for confirmation.

○ Uneven or blurred prints:

During the baking process, a small amount of unevenness or blurring of the print may occur due to the conduction of heat or the application of pressure. Especially in winter, ink output may be poor, and even with temperature control, there may be small splotches of ink on the print.

○ Print near the edge:

Especially in designs with a colored background, white lines or peeling of the coating may appear on the edges of the plate, as shown in the photo. This is caused by lines that appear when the metal is cut, and is inevitable due to the manufacturing process.

○ For better or worse, it is made in the U.S.A:

Since the plates are made in the U.S., the quality is also of American standard. The feature of American-made plates is that they are not as delicate as Japanese-made ones, but rather rather rather rough. Often, there are scratches on the plate from the beginning or individual differences in the position of the holes on the plate. We hope you will understand this as part of the "taste" of American-made products.

Note for license plates and signage products

○ Sharp edges:

The edge of the plate is approximately 0.6 mm aluminum and is sharp at certain angles. Please be careful not to cut your hands when handling it. When children touch the product, parents or guardians should keep a close eye on them to avoid unexpected accidents. Please keep the product away from children as much as possible.

Print marks on the reverse side:

The back side of the plate is basically bare aluminum, but in rare cases, there may be a light trace of [marks baked on by other plates]. This is a phenomenon in which the outer frame of a previously pressed plate is slightly baked onto the plate when it is pressed. We do our best to avoid this, but there may be a small amount of residue.

○Outdoor use

Although we use plates and inks that are resistant to UV rays, we cannot guarantee that they will not fade completely from UV rays. Fading will inevitably occur after many years of use. However, the degree of color fading is a slow process.

○Fitting on a vehicle

These plates are US size and cannot be installed on Japanese vehicles. Even if they could be installed, their use on public roads is prohibited by the Road Traffic Law. However, there is no problem to install these plates for dress-up purposes, for example, at car shows... It is a violation to drive on public roads with these plates installed.

Magnetic sheet sold separately

Note for embossed plates

The "B" is inevitably bent:

Because the base material is thin aluminum, distortion occurs throughout the plate when it is stamped, inevitably resulting in curvature. We do our best to restore it to its original shape using a roller before shipping, but it is difficult to restore it beautifully.

One major reason is that our plates are all about being able to produce from a single piece.

For example, to produce from a single plate, a machine that is fully automated for industrial use cannot be used. This is because a fully automatic machine would require thousands of plates to run its production line.

Such machines can produce with much thicker plates because they can press with stronger force, such as hydraulically.

However, for items like ours, which are produced from a single piece, each piece is handmade by "human hands". Due to the limitations of human power, we use thin plates and hand-press each letter individually with an engraving machine.

Therefore, it will inevitably be bent. We would appreciate your understanding.

○○Molding may be displaced:

After the print is printed, a mold is stamped to match the print. The metal is distorted during the stamping process, so there is inevitably a discrepancy of a few millimeters between the position of the stamp and the print. Although we make adjustments to minimize the discrepancy as much as possible, please understand that there may be an error of up to 5mm.

○○ Holes may occur due to stamping:

When stamping, depending on the shape of the surrounding letters, the metal may stretch and tear, leaving a hole of about 0.5 mm. Although adjustments are made to prevent holes from forming, holes will inevitably form where the force of the stamping is concentrated.

The only characters that will be bumpy are (1) the main characters:

○ Installation on pets:

The chain may break due to the pet's violent movements. Also, due to the small size of the product, there is a possibility that the pet may accidentally ingest it. When using the product, only use it when the owner can see it, and never leave it attached to the pet. Doing so may lead to unexpected accidents.

○ Curvature and individual differences in products:

The material used for the front mirror tag has the characteristic of stretching and shrinking when the print is baked. Since printing is done on one side at a time, there may be individual differences between the front and back sides, even if the exact same data is printed, due to the difference between before and after expansion and contraction. Also, when heat expansion/shrinkage occurs, the temperature differs between the front and back sides, which may result in a slight curvature. Please understand this in advance.

○Precautions for soaking fragrance:

Customers are responsible for providing their own fragrance. We recommend the use of an atomizer when spraying fragrance. If the fragrance itself is colored, the color may transfer to the product. Please do not leave products soaked in large quantities in your car as they are, as flammable products may catch fire. In addition, inhaling large amounts of fragrance in a confined space may in rare cases induce asthma, etc., depending on the individual. Children with respiratory problems may induce asthma more sensitively than adults, so we recommend that fragrances not be soaked.

If the pole is clamped too tightly during flag installation, it may result in damage to the power window, the pole itself, or the window frame packing. Please make sure that the pole only lightly touches the window frame. On the other hand, if the window is opened too wide, the pole may fly away with the wind, which is very dangerous.

○The glass and body may be scratched.

Since the flags are designed to be inserted into the window glass, the parts may be scratched where they come into contact with each other. Also, the flag may be scratched when it is blown by the wind and hits the body. Please understand this beforehand.

○Be sure to check the strength of the system before running the installation!

Although the product is made of materials that are resistant to sunlight and rain, continuous use over many years will cause deterioration over time and may result in damage to the product. Before installing the product, check the strength of the product by pushing or pulling it by hand. If the product is damaged during driving and causes an accident, the driver will be held responsible for the damage. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any incidents or accidents that occur due to misuse by the user.

Do not open the window where the ○ flag is installed while the vehicle is in motion!

If the window in which the flag is installed is opened even slightly, the clip may be dislodged by the wind and fly away. When installing the flags in a window, especially in a seat where children are seated, please make sure that the window is locked with a child lock or the like and never open the window.

○Please do not use the site on rainy days.

The moisture content makes the fabric heavier, and the poles may be subjected to forces that they cannot support, resulting in damage. During heavy rain or storms, the risk of damage increases even more, leading to unexpected accidents. Please do not use the poles on rainy days.

Please remove it when you leave the car!

There is a risk of theft. Please be sure to remove the window glass when you leave your car, as there is a possibility that the window glass may be broken through a slightly open window.

○Please note the size that can protrude from the car.

Flags are installed by tucking them into windows, so they basically protrude above the ground. The Highway Law generally stipulates that the maximum height at which flags may protrude from a vehicle is 3.8 meters above the ground (or more precisely, "3.8 meters minus the height of the area in which the vehicle is loaded"). (To be exact, it is "3.8 meters minus the height of the area where the vehicle is loaded.) Please make sure that your flag is within 3.8 meters from the ground when it is installed.

○ Print quality

Since each item is produced by hand, there may be slight deviations in printing, uneven colors, blurred printing, color migration, etc. Please note that the actual product may differ slightly in color from the image sent for proofreading.

○Care of the product

If soiled, be sure to wash by "hand" using a common laundry detergent. The flag cannot be removed from the pole, so please wash the entire pole. Please do not wash the poles in a washing machine, as it may damage the poles and the inside of the machine. Also, please do not mix the poles with other laundry as the colors may transfer if washed together. Finally, please be sure to dry the product naturally, as a dryer cannot be used.
